Ordering Samples
Get a free sample of your window blind
In order to request a free sample, simply locate the 'free sample' button as shown in the diagram to the right. Clicking this will add the sample to your cart and allow you to continue shopping/browsing. If you wish to select a few samples across the shop please do so. There is no limit to the number of samples you can request, though we do ask that you only select one free sample of each blind you're are interested in.
Although we do our best to represent the colour and texture of our blinds as accurately as possible, computer monitors vary significantly. Because all our blinds are custom made, we can not accept any responsibility for blinds which do not match you décor exactly. If an exact colour match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order as we can only accept returns in cases where we have supplied incorrectly.
Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal colour variations as stated by the manufacturers. In addition to the above considerations regarding colour, we'd like to suggest that you order all of your blinds of a given colour at one time. There are sometimes slight variations between dye lots.
