Our Unique 3 Year Guarantee

Because we manufacture all our own blinds we have total control over the parts used and the production process. As a result, we are able to offer an extended 3 year guarantee on all our made to measure blinds.

247 Blinds guarantee that, assuming the blinds have been correctly installed in a domestic situation, all our made to measure blinds will be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 3 years from date of order. Should any defect occur during this time, 247 Blinds will, at our expense, repair or replace the defective parts or materials with like for like or similar. This guarantee excludes removal from end users windows and carriage to and from our factory after the first year but includes all labour charges for the duration of the guarantee.

Your guarantee is invalid if the failure was caused by incorrect installation, misuse or abuse, accidental, failure to follow measuring or fitting instructions, normal wear and tear or, in the case of wooden venetian blinds, warpage due to exposure to high humidity.

Sample Requests


Although we do our best to represent the colour and texture of our blinds as accurately as possible, computer monitors vary significantly.  Because all our blinds are custom made, we can not accept any responsibility for blinds which do not match you décor exactly. If an exact colour match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order as we can only accept returns in cases where we have supplied incorrectly.

Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal colour variations as stated by the manufacturers. In addition to the above considerations regarding colour, we'd like to suggest that you order all of your blinds of a given colour at one time. There are sometimes slight variations between dye lots.

Window Measurements

For both inside and outside mounts the finished measurements of the window treatment are from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottomrail (or in the case of verticals the bottom of the vanes) for the height. The width is from the left edge of the window treatment to the right edge.

Inside mount

An inside mount fits within the window frame. On inside mounts specific deductions are taken by the factory for operating clearance. These deductions vary for each product and are only approximate deductions. For more specific details please go to to the product page for the product you are interested in on our site before completing your order.

Outside mount

An outside mount overlaps the window opening. Allowances are not taken by the factory on these product. This is because you will need to supply us the exact measurements that you would like the window treatment to be. This includes adding extra for the width and the height to clear any trim etc if you so wish.

Payment Options

Since all products from 247blinds.co.uk are custom made to your specifications, all orders are paid for when your order is placed. Visa, Mastercard, Solo & Maestro are accepted online. Cheques, postal orders etc must be sent to us before your order is started. All orders paid by cheque will require a holding period of 7-10 days for your cheque to clear before the order will be put into production.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale by us, therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order as we can not accept returns for blinds which have been made correctly.

Cancellations can only be made for a period of 6 hours after your order is placed.

All cancellations effected outside this 6 hour period will be subject to an administration charge of 5%. This is because our system will have automatically reserved a production slot for your order and may have ordered materials and components from our suppliers. Manually re allocating production slots and canceling supplier orders cost us time and money. In the event that you cancel your order during this 6 hour period, 247blinds.co.uk will refund your money minus this administration charge.

Once a period of 24 hours from the time of your order has elapsed, we can not manually reallocate production slots and therefore we will make and administration charge of 20% for any cancelled orders. If we have already physically begun making your blinds we will not be able to accept cancellations under any circumstances.

Delivery Dates


Please note we endeavour to deliver all our blinds on the scheduled delivery date however any delivery dates given or implied are estimates and should not be considered a guarantee that you blind/s will be delivered on that day. Also it is possible that if your order contains a variety of blind types that they may be delivered separately by different carriers.

FastTrack Orders

Please note that once a FastTrack order is placed we can not guarantee to be able action any cancellation or amendment requests as our factory often start working on these orders within a few minutes. Obviously we will always do our best to accommodate these requests as long as the blinds haven't been made.

On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted that day. 247blinds.co.uk reserves the right to reject any order, at its discretion.

Discontinued and/or Back Ordered Items

247blinds.co.uk has no control over materials that are discontinued or placed on backorder by the various manufacturers. 247blinds.co.uk will make every effort to remove discontinued items as soon as we are made aware of them and will notify you whenever we receive notice of any backorders.

VAT
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Inspection of Merchandise

IMPORTANT: Inspect your blinds as soon as you receive them and notify 247blinds.co.uk immediately of any damages in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify 247blinds.co.uk that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 48 hours days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, 247blinds.co.uk will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

If you do not notify 247blinds.co.uk that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 48 hour period, 247blinds.co.uk will not repair or replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.

Do I Need to Buy Hardware or Screws?

All hardware is provided with the exception of screws. This is due to the fact that differing screws are needed in differing applications. The exact length and type of screw will vary depending on whether you are mounting your blinds into drywall, wood, concrete or metal. As a result we do not send mounting screws with your order.
