Recess and Exact Fitting:

Recess fit refers to a blind which will sit inside your window recess.

A window recess is the inset area in your wall that your window sits within. Fitting your blind inside the recess can maximise space and is more of a contemporary look

With a recess fit we will make small adjustments to your measurements to enable the blind to fit that space, so it is important to give us precise measurements.

Exact fit generally refers to a blind which will sit either on the outside of a window recess or directly on to the wall.

If there is no recess, then you'll be measuring blinds to fit straight onto the wall. Fitting outside the recess, straight on to the wall, provides more of a traditional look.

With an exact fit we will not make any adjustments to the measurements that you provide.
