Bold colour is making a splash from high-end investment pieces to fun high street accessories. Colour block paint effects are becoming increasingly popular, and the move towards bright, colour clash is a sign of our desire to have more fun with our design choices.

Very Peri, the Pantone colour of the year, is both bold and contemporary and works well with lots of different schemes. If you have a white room and are not quite ready to paint your room in colour clashing arches then look to experimenting with bold and colourful cushions, rugs, or blinds.

This trend exists every season, but just in styles. Getting back to nature and all of its wellness properties is a big theme for 2022. Bring the outside in, incorporating more green and growing and nurturing plants. Biophillic design refers to incorporating plants into your homes and workplaces and is understood to positively impact your mental and physical wellbeing.

There is a plant for everyone, from those that require minimum effort to those which need daily attention, so do some research. There are some beautiful plant pots and stands available, that will look stylish on a shelf, in a window or popped onto a coffee table along with your usual scented candle and stack of Interior mags.

If plants are really not your vibe, then how about incorporating more green or botanical prints throughout your home?
