The company was founded in 2005 with the purpose of being the leading supplier of made to measure blinds in the UK. We have supplied millions of made to measure blinds all across the UK with a strong loyal customer base who love our products and prices.
Our showroom is conveniently situated at Unit A, Trident Business Park, Neptune Way, Huddersfield, HD2 1UA. When you visit, you'll have the opportunity to explore a range of blinds on display, allowing you to experience their quality and functionality first-hand. Additionally, we offer complimentary samples of all the products featured on our website, available for you to take away absolutely free!

We do not offer a measure or fitting service. Instead, we have made the whole process nice and easy so you are able to it yourself, allowing us to pass the savings on to you.
We simply need to know where you are fitting the blind - is it going on the inside of the window space (Recess) or on the outside of the window space (Exact). See Guide.
As the product is made to measure and made bespoke to your requirements we do not offer a return or refund policy. To assist those who could be nervous about this we offer a service called MEASUREGUARD. This must be taken out pre-order and if you were to make a mistake when measuring for your blinds for as little as 10% extra on the price we will remake your blinds in the correct size.
Some product types don’t require screws to fit them but for those that do, unfortunately we don’t supply them as standard. For safety reasons we don’t supply our blinds with screws or rawl plugs, as we don’t know the surface material the blind will be attached to. It is important to use the appropriate materials to attach the blind securely. If you’re unsure, please visit our guide here.
We do get requests from people wanting a headrail only and the answer is yes, however we do not have the option on the website as we just need to check suitability/compatibility - Please contact us.

We do all we can to make our images as clear and accurate as possible and we employ a specialised team to produce all our images, we try to ensure 100% accuracy at all times. However, screens and resolutions can vary depending on your device so we always suggest ordering a FREE SAMPLE.

To get your blinds to you in a secure manner we take great care in packaging them up, to limit any damage on route as much as possible. In the case of fabric blinds, particularly Roller Blinds, this can sometimes lead to them arriving with slight creasing of the fabric.
If this is the case, the first thing that we would advise is to hang the blind, where the weight will naturally cause the creases to drop out. We normally find that after several days that the fabric has settled and they look spot on. If this is not the case please do get in touch so we can advise further.
Ideally you want to be selecting blinds with a slim headrail as this will ensure maximum coverage of the glazed area - please see our useful measuring guide.
We supply all necessary brackets, however we do not supply screws/rawl plugs as each fitting location can vary widely. In most cases a decent rawl plug and 15-25mm self-tapping screws will do the job.
Many of our Roller and Vertical blinds are made with Blackout backings (just look for the Blackout products!) however our Roman blinds are available with your choice of Lining, as detailed below:

We are simply referring to the surface on which you are fixing the brackets - Top: Into the top of the recess/ceiling. Face: Directly onto the frame of the window/wall.
We have parameters for all blinds, the minimum is set to ensure all componentry fits within the head unit. The maximum is determined by the weight of the blind. Please ensure all measurements are in centimetres and that you are keying in the numbers only.
We believe our made to measure blinds are the best that you can buy. We are justifiably proud of the quality of our products and back them up with our standard 5 year guarantee. If you purchase motorised blinds then the Somfy components that include remote controls, battery chargers and motors come with a 5 year guarantee however, please note that Somfy Lithium-Ion batteries and Hubs come with a 2 year guarantee.

All our blinds are child safe. You will supplied with a P-Clip or Cord Cleat - this device is fitted as far away from the control mechanism as possible, this is covered in our fitting guides.

As we are predominantly a made to measure blinds supplier there is no option to return the blinds you order. They are made bespoke for your windows and are not a product that can go back in stock and be re-sold. If you do bump into problems with your blinds contact us here and we will do our very best to help. We do have a really small selection of ready made products (mainly loft blinds) and these can be returned within 30 days. We will send a returns label and the service is FREE.

The website is designed in such a way that it will give you an instant quote for your blinds based on the blind and the sizes you input. Should you require something more bespoke such as a large order or trade requests we have a designated team to fulfil all quotes, they can be contacted on: 01484 443686 or 01484 443685.
We offer a FREE and UNLIMITED sampling service. Simply click on the product you like the look of and click 'order free sample'. Select as many as you like and we will send with Royal Mail 1st Class post.
We accept all the usual payment methods you would expect with an online website such as Debit/Credit card, Paypal, or BACS should you wish to send us money direct.
We are constantly monitoring our prices and are confident we are super competitive for like for like products with our competitors. However in the unlikely event you find something cheaper we will guarantee a price match, simply contact us so that we can honour this for you.
Our Care Team will always try to amend orders where possible, however due to the product being made to measure, we cannot always guarantee amendments can be made. As we are making products to order at speed, your blinds are often manufactured within hours of the order being placed.

Our standard delivery covers the entire UK. Some postal codes do require a 3rd party courier (at no additional charge to you), the areas affected are listed here. If you require delivery to one of these locations then your tracking will confirm delivery to our 3rd party courier only, please allow an additional 3-5 working days for final delivery to take place.

Delivery is £8.95 or we offer free delivery where the value of goods is over £179.
We cover the entire UK including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish highlands and Islands with no further delivery charge (anywhere else not mentioned may result in additional delivery charges). Please note that extremely large blinds or deliveries to any non-mainland destination may take an extra 1-2 days for the courier to ship.
We use a network of reputable couriers to deliver our blinds. TNT/DPD/DX.
All goods must be signed for by an adult. Customers can manage their delivery via the courier and make necessary arrangements - all couriers will make 3 attempts.
