Our Returns Policy for Ready-Made Curtains

We're sure you'll fall head over heels for your new loft blinds, but if things aren't quite right, we're here to help.

 

While our made to measure blinds are made just for you (and therefore cannot be returned), our ready-made skylight blinds are a little more flexible.

Changed your mind? No problem.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to return your loft blinds.

 

Just make sure they're:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition (we all love a fresh start, and so do our loft blinds!)

You'll need to cover the cost of sending them back to us, and we recommend keeping proof of postage - just in case your blinds decide to go off on an adventure.

Once your return reaches us and we've given it a quick check, we'll pop your refund through within 14 days. This includes our standard delivery charge, but doesn't cover any extras like Same Day Express or FastTrack delivery. 

If there's a fault...

We're proud of the quality of our curtains and we take great care to make sure everything arrives just as it should. But on the rare occasion something slips through the net, we'll make it right.

 

If your curtains are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're fully covered under your statutory rights, as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
