Guaranteed Pre-Christmas Delivery

We have a wide range of selected blinds available for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. These products are clearly marked on our website with a special pre-Christmas delivery wreath icon. If you see the wreath, your chosen blind qualifies.

If your selected product displays the wreath icon on the product page at the time of order, it is eligible for delivery before Christmas.

Each qualifying blind type has its own production time, so cut-off dates may differ, with some Christmas cut-off dates as late as 21st December. If your chosen product still features the pre-Christmas delivery wreath icon at the time of order then you're guaranteed to get your blind before Christmas. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure a pre-Christmas delivery slot as delivery times can be subject to change.

If your order contains a mix of pre-Christmas and standard products, it is likely to ship separately. Only items marked with the wreath icon are guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.

At this time, fast-track production is not available for items without the wreath icon. Pre-Christmas delivery is limited to products that already meet our manufacturing timelines.

Orders placed after the cut-off date will continue to be processed as normal, but cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. Your blinds will be delivered on our standard lead time.

Christmas is for mince pies, cosy lights and putting your feet up - not worrying about whether your blinds will make it in time. So, when you spot our little festive “pre-Xmas delivery” symbol on a product, you can relax knowing it will be with you before the big day. 

On the off-chance something does go pear-shaped - a delay, a stock hiccup, or a rogue reindeer blocking the delivery van - and your eligible order doesn't arrive in time, we'll refund your delivery fee, no quibbles.
