Samples are a great way to get a feel for our products. You can order as many as you like, and it won’t cost you a penny. Simply find a product you like and click on the Order Free Sample box. Our products are made to order and we do our best to keep delivery times as short as possible for you. On average, delivery takes 7 to 10 working days. You’ll get a better idea of the expected delivery time on each individual product page (some are available in 2-3 days with our FastTrack service when you order before 11am). Once dispatched, your delivery arrives via a next working day courier service, although it may take a little longer to reach remote areas. Need more help? Please get in touch.

You can have some of our best-selling products in just 2-3 working days. There’s an additional cost of £9.95 per order for this service. Look for the FastTrack icon on the product page and select this option when you checkout. Need more help? Please ​get in touch.

We do not offer a measure or fitting service. Instead, we have made the whole process nice and easy so you are able to do it yourself, allowing us to pass the savings on to you.

If your measurements aren’t right, we will replace your blinds for you. This service costs an additional 10% of your basket value and you need to select it when you checkout. If the replacement is more expensive then you may be required to pay the difference. You are then required, at your own expense, to return the blind(s) back to us, we will then process the new order for you. Need more help? Please ​get in touch.

It’s easy to order your blinds through our website. Simply choose the blinds you want, enter your measurements, and you’ll get a price right away. You’ll find delivery times and detailed product information on the same page. To place your order, simply add this to your basket and checkout using our secure payment options. Need more help? You can get a quote without buying right away. Find the price by choosing the product you like and adding your measurements. Then go to checkout and select ‘Bank Transfer’ as the payment option. Your order will stay on our system but won’t go ahead until the bank transfer is made. If you’d prefer our team to arrange the quote for you please ​get in touch. Just so you know, all quotes are for supply only (we don’t provide measuring and fitting). Delivery and VAT is included too.
