When choosing a colour scheme or décor style, it can be hard to know where to start! You may have already used your favourite colour in another room or you and your family may be struggling to agree on the style of a communal space. Well, if a little inspiration is in order, why not choose something you love and let that be your inspiration! Here are five schemes inspired by some of our favourite blinds from our range:
1. Colourful yet calming rainbow
If you’re looking for a burst or colour as well as uniform, this is the décor choice for you! Selecting one of the feature colours in the distinctive Stripy Pink, apply block colour to the walls. We’d suggest powder blue walls whilst sticking to a white ceiling and white porcelain fixtures to give this look a fresh injection of crisp white. Include a selection of corresponding accessories and trinkets, and maintain the rainbow look by adding patterned fabrics in complimenting, fruity colours.
2. Subtle & striped
If you’re looking for an understated yet distinctive style, opting for the Orla Stripe Red would work perfectly. Simply maintain a white base, adding pops of red, coral, and blushed pink with corresponding accessories and wall art. This look is refreshing yet warm, which will make any room a colourful yet serene place to relax.
3. Pretty pastel paradise
The Dotty Baby Pink is perfect if you’re looking for the popular, multi-coloured kitsch look. There are many ways in which to incorporate a selection of colour and designs with this style, but we suggest sticking to three main shades, and mixing it up with a variety of patterns to add a distinctive flair. Cornflower blue, subdued lime, gentle lilac, and blush pink are just a few of the shades you could blend!
4. Elegantly adoreable
To form an elegant and sophisticated theme, the In Bloom Seafoam is a fantastic colour platform and subtle flora to start with! Blend the seafoam blue with corresponding blue hues and delicate florals, and include crisp white ceramics to create a look that’s not only soothing and serene, but also refined and fashionable!
5. Summer colour burst
The Summertime features an eye-catching array of cheerful colours and pretty blossoms. Whether you maintain a white base and add pops of similar stimulating colour, or you’d prefer to go all out and feature bold walls in consistent tones, this look will not only keep the kids happy, but also inject a boost of summer into your home whatever the season.
