Step 1 - Installing the blind
Unpack your Twist&Fit Day and Night blind on a clean, dry surface.
NOTE: Your Day and Night blind will come packaged, with the blind ready to install instantaneously on opening. Using the end caps as a wedge, you will need to twist the blind into place. Please do not attempt to remove the blind from the Day and Night casing.
Slot the blind vertically into the top left of the recess, using the Twist end (Fig 1) 1st, followed by the side with the control chain (Fig 2).
You should end up with the Day and Night slotted into place, ready for you to tension the blind.
Gently rotate the largest cog on the twist end so it starts to move towards the side wall of the recess.
Maintain your grip on the blind and make adjustments to achieve a level position.

Identify the cog closest to the fabric on the twist end. Rotate it to extend the screw thread toward the wall. Continue turning the cog until you feel the thread press firmly against the Day and Night end caps. This pressure will secure the blind in place.
Right-Hand Control: Twist the left cog downward (toward the room) to close.
Left-Hand Control: Twist in the opposite direction.
Enhance the stability and longevity of your Day and Night blind by using a spirit level to ensure a perfect fit. This will enable a secure attachment, contributing to the overall durability and aesthetics of the blind.
NOTE: To minimise excess light bleed, we advise that you fit your blind as deep as possible into the recess.

Step 2 - Releasing the blind
To release the blind, grip it firmly and twist the cog towards the blind and gently slide the blind out as one unit, including the end caps.
NOTE: If your window is exposed to high humidity or direct sunlight, occasional adjustments to the twist tension may be necessary throughout the year.

Step 3 - Installing the safety device
Place the safety device on the wall and mark the positioning of the 2 screw holes.
Drill holes using a suitable drill bit. Place device into position ensuring the chain is
fully taut.
Screw the safety device securely to the wall using suitable fixings.
The safety device must be installed at the maximum distance possible from
the control mechanism to prevent looped chain becoming slack.
Care Tips
Reduce dust build-up through regular usage of your Day and Night blinds.
These drill-free blinds enable you to remove for a full window cleaning. Ensure the surface is fully dry before re-installing the blind.
Check the level of your blind after each cleaning session to reduce any fraying damage.
This blind features a grip which provides able support. Ensure regular tightening in rooms with high moisture levels, such as a bathroom or kitchen.
Child Safety
Young children can be strangled by loops in pull cords, chains, tapes and inner cords that operate the product.
To avoid strangulation and entanglement, keep cords out of the reach of young children.
Cords may become wrapped around a child’s neck. Move beds, cots, and furniture away from window covering cords.
Do not tie cords together. Make sure cords do not twist and create a loop.
