247 Pro Tips:
- If your recess depth is 60mm or less or the window opens inwards, you'll be best off with an exact fitting. For recesses bigger than 60mm it's really just a matter of personal taste.
- When measuring to fit inside the recess, check for anything such as tiling or picture rails that could get in the way and take them into account when measuring. We normally advise just to measure between any tiling so as to ensure a nice, snug fit.
- For the best results when measuring for an exact fitting, allow your blind to overlap the edges of the recess by at least 35mm on each side. We'll then make a blind for your exact measurements and ship it with the brackets which will add an additional 3mm to the size you give us.
Additional Information:
- We try to make the measuring and ordering process as simple as possible - so for a recess fitting, we only require the full size of your recess space and we will make small adjustments to enable the blind to fit within that space. We make a 10mm deduction to the width and drop of Vertical blinds. If you wish to make your own allowances and do not require us to make them, please select exact fitting and not recess during the order proces.

- We ship Vertical Blinds in two separate boxes, one with your headrail in and the other with the vanes and occasionally they may arrive independently.

• Slimline white powder coated metal headrail (30mm projection x 30mm height) with self aligning louvre carriers.
• Standard vane width is 89mm but select fabrics are available to order in 127mm width.
• The operation is through a plastic chain for tilt control and draw cords for opening and closing, both placed on the same side (your choice of side).
• The draw cord option will be a white plastic chain and white cord. The draw rod option will be a white plastic rod.
• All our vertical blind slats include weights inserted into a bottom pocket and linked with white plastic beaded chain. The pocket can be sewn, bonded or welded - This can vary, with the best method chosen for optimal quality.
• All blinds are supplied with 2 bracket styles:
1. Top fixing; a white painted metal clip 20mm width x 40mm projection.
2. Face fixing; a white painted metal bracket 80mm projection x 30mm height.
• All items are cut to size and will be accurate with working tolerances and variances of +/-5mm.
• All our blinds are manufactured and supplied to be compliant with child safety regulations. As part of this compliance all control cords and chains will be made to a maximum of 1 metre. If you need to discuss this, please contact us.

Young children can be strangled by loops in pull cords, chains, tapes and inner cords that operate the product.
To avoid strangulation and entanglement, keep cords out of the reach of young children.
Cords may become wrapped around a child’s neck. Move beds, cots, and furniture away from window covering cords.
Do not tie cords together. Make sure cords do not twist and create a loop.
